I take Refuge in Oneness, the awakened nature of all beings.

I will seek my strength in purity of life.

I will seek my joy in readiness to serve.

I vow to abstain from cruelty.

I vow to abstain from taking things not given.

I vow encounter all creations with respect and dignity.

I vow to listen and speak from the heart.

Therefore I promise to myself:
